We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you. Every product you buy from us is backed by our No Quibble Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 30 working days of purchase, return the item unused and in it’s original packaging and we will have this refunded for you (Excludes carriage charges). Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Bella Mia Boutique are always taken in UK pounds (£) Sterling. Banks and other Payment methods may use other exchange rates we always recommend checking with your bank / PayPal for their daily exchange rate.
Fast Efficient Delivery
Place your order before 12:00am and we will endeavour to have the goods dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Delivery is free on all orders over £60 to the UK and Ireland.
Conditions of Sale
We aim, through bulk buying and constant price monitoring to give you the most competitive prices. Please let us know if you feel that this is not the case. Owing to supplier price increases and changes in currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
Bella Mia Boutique accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold or delays in delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.

Bella Mia Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money at any time due to pricing errors or other issues relating to accidental misinformation or online error.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address & delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.
How does Bella Mia Boutique protect customer information?
