UK & Ireland Delivery
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 for UK & Ireland deliveries. Any orders that are less than £50 will incur a delivery charge of £3.95. We also offer free next day delivery for all orders over £100. Next Day Delivery is valid for all orders placed before 12 noon from Monday - Thursday (excludes public holidays) to UK Mainland. All orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched on the following working day. Bella Mia cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which are caused by something outside of our control ie. bad weather conditions.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same day (Excluding weekends). Orders placed after 12pm will leave the following day. Please note our office business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Great Britain - We use a 48-hour deliver service to UK mainland. We ask customers to wait 3-4 days before contacting us if not delivered. Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland - We use a 24-hour courier service. We ask customers to wait 2 days before contacting us if not delivered.
WHAT SERVICE DO YOU USE TO POST MY ORDER?
We send all of our orders via recorded / signed for delivery. Please inform us, when ordering, if there will be no one available at your address to sign for goods when they arrive, as our courier will not deliver without a signature. If you miss the courier, a delivery card should be left for you to arrange a time and date for delivery. Your cooperation in this would be much appreciated.
Once your order has left our warehouse, the responsibility for them passes onto the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier’s performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate. Damages and shortages must be notified within 7 days. We also recommend that when signing for parcels, customers sign for the parcel as unchecked or damaged (if damaged) so that in the unlikely event there is a problem we can resolve this quickly and effectively.
I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE POST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Bella Mia will deem an item lost in post once 15 working days (including Saturday) have passed following dispatch (in line with Royal Mail policy). If your item has been lost in post, do not worry, we will stand by our commitment to you by either replacing the item(s) lost, or refunding your payment, whichever suits your individual circumstances.
International orders that are lost in post must wait until 25 working days have passed excluding the 5-7 working day delivery time, i.e. 35-37 working days following dispatch. We require confirmation in writing that the item(s) have been lost, you must advise Bella Mia within 30 days of dispatch or we cannot consider a claim for lost in post.
IS YOUR WEBSITE STOCK ACCURATE?
Our stock is updated every hour. In the unlikely chance that an item you purchase is out of stock and is showing "In Stock" on the website we will contact you as soon as possible.
FRANCE & GERMANY
We now use UPS as our third party courier for international deliveries. This means we can provide a fast and reliable service to France & Germany. Our average international order is delivered 1-2 days working days after dispatch. Please allow 3-4 days before contacting us if parcel has not arrived.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES
In most cases for international deliveries we use UPS or Royal Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for deliver, we are not liable for any customs & import charges your country puts on imports. We recommend checking with your Government border & Imports departments before placing orders, to check what charges may be incurred and restriction your country may have against certain goods. Please also note the website will automatically calculate your postage for international orders. In some cases, the postage may be incorrect. If this is the case we will contact you before shipping the goods.

We operate a 'Click and Collect' Service from both of our Boutiques (please see our locations below). This service is only available to customers who can collect from one of our Northern Ireland locations. WHICH BOUTIQUES WILL I BE ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?
You can collect from any of our two boutiques – Coleraine & Ballymoney. (See locations below)
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE READY?
You will receive an email or call (approximately 2 working days after you have placed your order online) from your selected boutique once your order is ready for collection.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Please bring your Bella Mia ‘Confirmation’ email with you - that you would have received when you purchased your item(s). You can either print this email out or show it to us on your phone.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER FOR ME?
Yes, someone else can collect your order for you if they have your “Confirmation” email.
HOW LONG WILL ORDERS BE HELD IN STORE?
Items will be held for 30 days once they are ready for collection. We will contact you in the event you don’t collect your item.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your method of payment will be charged once you have completed your online purchase.
